VIlla granada has a unique location on a hilltop with breathtaking panoramic views.
The 3 very different apartments and 2 annex all have an unusually sweeping views of the active blue Mediterranean, the soothing mountains and the town of Fuengirola. On a clear days it is possible to see Sierra Nevada to the northwest and the Atlas mountains in Africa to the south.


VIllagranada has a large living area of 600 m2 and terraces of 500 m2, of which 250 m2 is shared area with access to 150 m2 pool area and 100 m2 top terrace with 360 degree stunning views over the area.


Villagranada is both centrally located and easily accessible by a 30-minute transport from Malaga airport by train, taxi or rented car. There is parking for the 3 large apartments.
Distance to the beach is about 600 m and shopping and restaurants within 300 meters.

Penthouse

The penthouse is about 130 m2, containing 3 bedroom, 2 toilet and bath, cozy living room / kitchen and a private terrace of approximately 15 m2 with a great view.

 

MedioGrande

Medio Grande apartment is about 280 m2, containing 3 bedroom, 3 toilets with bath, cozy dining / living room, panoramic living room,library/hall way up stairs, hall/ living room with TV and games and a private terrace of approximately 50 m2.

Parterre


Parterre apartment is about 90 m2 containing 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bath, cozy living room / kitchen and 2 large terraces about 125 m2, with stunning views, and a small garden of about 30 m2.

Cavehouse / Grotten

 

Cave House annex is about 45 m2, containing sleeping / living / kitchen in cozy cave style and bathroom with shower and exit to the pool area. The annex has 2 double bed.

Poolhouse

Pool House annex is about 35 m2, contains a bedroom / living room with stunning views, kitchen, bathroom with shower and exit to the pool area. The apartment has one double bed.

 

Villagranada is only rented out as one unit. 

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday
